Quality First Home Care is a leading provider of a broad spectrum of home health services. We provide two types of care: per visit services and hourly private duty services. Our per visit services include skilled nursing; physical, occupational, and speech therapy; social work; disease management education; anodyne therapy; pediatric nursing; wound care; and help with other activities of daily living. Our private duty services include hourly nursing care or hourly personal care and companionship. Our company provides care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Together with our sister agencies we service 29 counties in Tennessee. The company is independently owned and operated and has been in operation since September of 2001.
